Our newest webinar, Your Portrait of a Graduate: The North Star for Community Connected Transformation is going live just in time for 2026. It is the first of two webinars focused on the north start for Community Connected Transformation – the Portrait of the Graduate!
The PoG helps to steer the community toward a clear outcome and keep al l of the systems, structures, processes, curricula, experiences, and – honestly – really – everything aligned toward ensuring that a community’s graduates will have the knowledge, skills, experiences, and more they need to have a clear career and life plan for themselves the Monday after graduation.
In this webinar, you will:
- Learn what a Portrait of a Graduate is and why it guides a community’s work, K-12.
- Why a PoG is the “North Star” of your community-connected transformation.
- Why building an ongoing communication structure for educating stakeholders about the story and ‘Why’ of the PoG will help keep your community’s transformation efforts on a straight and steady path and your PoG at the center of your work.
While we think our communities entering Phase 2, in particular, may benefit from this introduction to what the PoG is and what it is important, anyone new to a role in a Ford NGL community or engaged in the re-imagining of their Portrait of a Graduate would benefit from an introduction to the critical role the Portrait of a Graduate plays in Community Connected Transformation.
