What are your structures for powerful partnerships in your community? Before trying to scale the integration of businesses into the schools, you really have to pause and ensure the right structure and the right plan is in place. 

One of Ford NGL’s favorite statements is “slow is smooth, and smooth is fast.” You’ll hear this echoed in this video as Paula Barkley, Ford NGL Community Coach, shares the importance of structures, plans, and people. 

Also, we have provided two downloadable resources for you. One will support the creation of your ‘Why’ statement like Paula B talked about in the video. The second will help you to perform a quick check to see which structural features you already have in your community, district, and/or school to support powerful partnership teams.
