With the goal of supporting a Roadmap community in creating a strong foundation for its community-connected transformation, and sustaining it over the long term, this course will offer glimpses into three communities and their journeys with creating key guiding documents and related 3Cs (communication, collaboration & coordination) structures.

Features of Course:

Through the voices, examples, and resources of three Ford NGL communities, participants will see:
- Examples that create clear communication structures, both written and verbal.
- Efforts that support the sustainability of community-connected transformation over time.
- Models of collaboration and coordination across internal stakeholders and with external stakeholders.
Participants will have access to sample resources from each community.
Note catchers will be available to capture key thoughts and ideas throughout the course.
