Meet Jenn Edge, a passionate innovator and community advocate who believes in the transformative power of collective effort to shape thriving futures. Now a Director at Ford Next Generation Learning (Ford NGL), Jenn leads the strategic development of Ford NGL’s Blueprint for Powerful Partnership and Community-connected Learning products and services, helping communities build pathways to success for future generations. Her approach reflects her deep-rooted belief in the power of collective action, inspired by Henry Ford’s words: “Coming together is a beginning; keeping together is progress; working together is success.”
Before joining Ford NGL, Jenn served as Director of Innovation and Workforce Development at the University of West Florida. In this role, she not only guided strategic workforce initiatives but also held various community leadership positions, including as Community Coordinator for the transformation work in her backyard. Through these roles, she was instrumental in aligning educational goals with community needs, building partnerships that continue to impact the region’s workforce and education landscape.
With 17 years of experience bridging business and education, Jenn embodies a commitment to designing meaningful solutions that respond to the needs of diverse communities. She creates spaces where community leaders, educators, and business partners converge to share knowledge, spark innovation, and drive positive change.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Jenn enjoys life in sunny Pensacola, FL, with her husband and two younger children. Together, they embrace the outdoors, sharing their love for saltwater fishing and making memories in nature’s beauty.
