As part of the U.S. Department of Education “Unlocking Career Success” initiative, Ford NGL was invited to be on an exemplar panel with 300 employers to help them better understand the power of meaningful engagement with students and teachers and how that will impact student outcomes, workforce outcomes and community prosperity. Given our unique work helping to create these meaningful relationships between a district and their community partners, we were able to share the importance of developing relationships, systems and structures that allow all stakeholders to meet their goals.
