Meet Patrice, a Ford NGL Community Account Manager with a lifelong dedication to empowering young people. She has come a long way since her first job running her own neighborhood babysitting service. One thing that has remained true is that she has always been about the business of helping young people make it to the next level and reach their goals.
In her current role, she provides strategic support to communities and guidance to make their Ford NGL journey seamless. She is also responsible for developing strategy and managing Ford Motor Company’s engagement with Ford Next Generation Learning communities.
Patrice transitioned to education in 2010 to bridge the gap between school and workplace readiness. Previously, she built expertise in business communication and human resources, focusing on training, development, and leadership. As a Detroit native and Leadership Detroit class XLI alum, she’s deeply committed to her region’s growth.
A “foodie” and avid cook, Patrice likens guiding youth to crafting the perfect recipe. Outside of work, you can find her passionately loving and doing life with her husband and family. She is a devoted member of her “village” and in the thick of raising a teen, tween and a toddler. Finding balance in flexibility, commitment, and a bit of fun is how she makes life work.
