The challenges of the job market combined with the premium employers put on real-world knowledge and skills make meaningful work-based learning experiences critical to the success of our young people.  To that end, powerful partnerships between education and business can be mutually beneficial. Working together, education and business can accomplish far more than acting alone. It is important to note; however, that not all attempts to partner accrue benefits. Only relationships built on key fundamentals result in powerful partnerships, and powerful partnerships are more likely to achieve the desired results.
