Center Line in Action is a one-day, immersive learning experience for district and community leadership teams interested in understanding, leading, strengthening, and sustaining the Ford NGL Community Connected Career Academy model.
The experience is designed for teams that are:
A True CommunityConnected Experience
Through classroom observations, conversations with students and educators, leadership stories, and facilitated team reflection, participants will explore how Center Line has built a connected PK–12 system and continued strengthening the work through leadership transitions, changing needs, and new stages of implementation.
Whether participants are exploring Ford NGL for the first time or are already part of the network, they will leave with a clearer understanding of the model, the leadership practices and systems that support it, and practical next steps for their own district or community.
Who Should Attend
Teams will be encouraged to attend together so district, school, and community leaders can develop a shared understanding, hear the same messages, and leave with aligned expectations and next steps.
