Structures for Community-wide Stability and Mutual Accountability

Ford NGL communities put a variety of structures in place in order to support powerful partnerships at multiple levels and create mutual accountability among a variety of community stakeholders. For example, Ford NGL Communities each have a convening organization and a steering committee. 

At the heart of our approach is a fundamental shift in mindset about what it means to prepare young people for college, careers, and life.
