The PoG helps to steer the community toward a clear outcome and it keeps all of the systems, structures, processes, curricula, experiences – honestly – everything aligned toward ensuring that a community’s graduates have the competencies (and the experiences to develop and hone those competencies) they need for a clear career and life plan for themselves on the Monday after graduation.
